It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Theodore Samakouris (Damascus, Maryland), who passed away on September 20, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Themistocles Samakouris and Despina Stagoulis Samakouris; his wife Esther Clare Rice; and his brother Christopher Samakouris. He is survived by: his daughters, Cathryn Roberts (late Jerry), Deborah Lambooy (Peter), Esther LaMaster (David) and Margaret Hauptman (Victor); his cousin Angelo Stamoolis (Donna); and his grandchildren, Heather Hughes (Patrick), Jennifer Andrews, Rebekah Lambooy, David Lambooy (Briana), Samuel Lambooy (Andrea), Sarah Morris (Jason), Deborah Hunt (Wally), Rachel Gish, Thomas LaMaster, Kimberly Martin (Joe) and Matthew Hauptman.
