He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillian Foreman and Joseph Foreman; his siblings, Diane Duvall and Tommy Foreman; and his parents-in-law, Howard and Freda Haines.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Haines Foreman; his children, Kyle Foreman (Kellie) and Shelby Feldblum (Jeff); his siblings, Cathy Gannon, James Foreman (Shirley) and Johnny Foreman (Renee); and his grandchildren, Owen Brian Feldblum and McKenna Rose Foreman.
