We bid farewell to Sandra Kay Matson (Damascus, Maryland), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 12, 2025 at the age of 78. Sandra Kay touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kathleen Bowman (Tierney) and Richard Bowman. She is survived by: her siblings, Beth Osen (Wallace) and Larry (Peggy); her sisters-in-law, Jane and BJ; her children, Melissa Harner (Charles) of Mt. Airy, MD, Shawn Matson (Sharne) of Acton, CA, Ryan Matson (Amanda) of Tracy, CA and Dario Matson; and her great grandchildren, Jacob, Cameron, Kayla, Chace, Rafferty, Mikayden, Beckett, Sophia, Alexis, Stella and Lane. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, and cousins.
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Redeemer Lutheran Church (27015 Ridge Rd, Damascus, MD 20872).
