He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Helen L. Permenter; his son Jonathan M. Permenter (Erin); his grandsons, Ronan and Avery Permenter; his parents, John A. Permenter and Dorothy Permenter; and his siblings, Lee Permenter, Alison Rutland, Andrew Permenter and Leslie Garvey. He was also cherished by many in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
