It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Edward Bowman of Cumberland, Maryland, who passed away on February 3, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Edward Bowman, Sr. and Dorothy Arvella Steinla (Grapes); and his sisters, Barbara Derrico and Linda Farr. He is survived by: his daughters, Brooke Bowman and Beth Johnson; his grandchildren, Brenna Bishop, Garrett Sellers and Hayden Robertson; his great grandchild Lillian Grace; his sister Carolyn Oretta (Wayne); and his niece Erin Weaver (Daerik). He is also survived by siblings, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Adams Family Funeral Home (404 Decatur St, Cumberland, MD 21502). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
