With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Tonya Sue Riggleman of Cumberland, Maryland, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 13, 2024 at the age of 43. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Tonya Sue may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Tonya Sue touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She is survived by: her parents, Gerald Dicken (Cathy McDonald) and Mary Louise Kesner; her children, Coltin Hanlin, Chayden Smith, Jaylyn Riggleman and Avan Riggleman; her stepsiblings, Jessa Davis and Gerald Kimmel; and her cousin Shantell Kesner.
