He is survived by: his stepfather James H. Mitchell; his children, Timothy Pratt, II (Paula), Kimberly Rice (Travis), Janel Shoemaker (Brian) and Aaron Pratt (Bethany); his grandson Timothy Pratt, III (Kendra); his children, Ryan Pratt, Madison Shoemaker, Kambria Rice, Alysa Miller (Thomas), Kearstyn Rice, Kamryn Rice, Briley Shoemaker, Emma Pratt, Nora Pratt, Ella "Illa" Pratt, Hudson Pratt, Lorna Pratt and Raphael Pratt; his great grandchildren, Presley Pratt and Brooklyn Pratt; his cousin Joyce Pratt; and his friend Vladimir Tarabay.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Solid Rock Independent Baptist Church (12510 Corrigan Dr, Corriganville, MD 21524). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
