He is survived by: his parents, Joan Kathryn Stallings (Robinette) and Gilbert LeRoy Stallings; his wife Mary M. Stallings (McMillan); his children, Thomas Floyd Stallings, Jr., Breanna Stallings, Kelly Riggleman and Katie Shrader; his siblings, Russell Stallings (Deb), Mark Stallings (Noreen), Gary Stallings (Roberta), Pete Stallings, Jody Stallings (Diane), Maria Stallings and Monica Davis (Rob); and his siblings-in-law, Charles McMillan, Bobby McMillian, James McMillan, Linda Frenzel and Judy Wilson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
