She is survived by: her children, Sherry, Carissa Perkins and Bubby Lewis (Sophie Arrick Lewis); her pet Blue Perkins; her grandsons, Alexander H. Lewis, Elliott Arrick and Benjamin D. Bowers; her great grandchild Macie Amelia Fosdick; her sister Sandra Kay Shook (late Shannon); and her friend Pat Phillips. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
