She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Smith and Ester Smith (Jarvis); her husband William Flanagan, Sr.; her siblings, Butch Robert, Jr., Carol and Linda Swartz; and her grandsons, Cameron and Joshua.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Custer (Larry), Billie Gibson, William Flanagan "Ted" Jr. (Melissa) and Mathew Flanagan (Mandy); and her sisters, Joan and Charlene. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren.
