He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Patty" Noel; his son Michael Noel (Glenetta); his brother-in-law Royce Saathoff; his granddaughter Susan Stallings; and his great grandchildren, Christoper Noel and Ava Stallings. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
