He is survived by: his wife Pamela Frye (Price); his children, Angela Frye and Joseph Frye (Heidi); his grandchildren, William O'Boyle, Charles O'Boyle, Magnolia Frye, Porsha Frye and Saylor Frye; his brother David Frye (Carolyn); his brother-in-law Patrick Price; his niece Brandi Ingram (Derek); his nephew Matthew Frye (Ashley); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jada Ingram, Rylee Ingram, Anna Kate Frye, Noah Evans and Mason Redden; and his cousins, Sonja Maphis, Gail Nixon and Adam Maphis.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Scarpelli Funeral Home (108 Virginia Ave, Cumberland, MD 21502). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Davis Memorial Cemetery (14300 Uhl Hwy SE, Cumberland, MD 21502). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
