He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Theophilus Morgan, Sr. and Thelma Pearl Morgan (Wharton); and his siblings, Telva Atkinson, Ronald and Gary Morgan.
He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Jean "Beanie" Morgan (Nelson); his son David Morgan (Heather); his grandson Chad Morgan; his siblings, James "Grump" Morgan (Mitzi) and Becky Willoughby (Doug); and his sisters-in-law, Barbara Morgan and Jeanie Morgan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Central Assembly of God Church (2020 Bedford St, Cumberland, MD 21502). A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made in his name to Central Assembly of God, Building Fund, 2020 Bedford Street, Cumberland, MD 21502.
