Marilyn Lee Adam Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 14, 2025, at the age of 83, Marilyn Lee Adam of Cumberland, Maryland passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Marilyn Lee Adam to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil E. Brenneman and A. Helena Brenneman (Stark); her husband Captain Winfield H. Adam; and her sister Betty J. Kroll. She is survived by: her sister Rae Ann Smith (Jeff); her nieces and nephews, Scott Sisler (Renae), Shanna Ritter, Wendy Kroll (Kerry Merrbach), Brent Frazee (Sarah) and Kari Harbaugh (Brent); and her stepchildren, Peter Adam (Nancy), David Adam (Sue Ellen), Mark Adam (Robin), Sue Snider (Ted), Virginia Chorpenning (Paul) and Leslie Stranko (John). She is also survived by seven great-nieces and nephews, 17 step-grandchildren, and numerous step-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Upchurch Funeral Homes - Cumberland (202 Greene St, Cumberland, MD 21502). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Shriner's Hospitals for Children, 3551 N. Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19140.
