He is survived by: his parent Jacqueline Collins (Fleek) of Cumberland, MD; his daughter Angela McLeod (Will); his brother Richard Collins of Cumberland, MD; his grandchildren, William McLeod and Emma McLeod; and his nephews, Matthew Collins and Michael Collins.
