She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Duckworth and LaVerne Duckworth; her brother Kenny Welch; her grandchildren, Stevie and Skye; and her daughter-in-law Stephanie.
She is survived by: her children, Leslie Keller (JoAnn), Tammy Keller (Gene Butler) and Travis Keller; her grandchildren, Jimmy McMillan (Sunshine), Derek Keller (Regina), Loretta Knippenberg (Mikey), Alonzo Butler (Karolyn), Shain Keller (Octavia) and Michael Butler; her great grandchildren, Makiya, MacKenzie, Madison, Mya, Ayda, Micah, Emmarie, Gavin, Jazzlyn, Liam, Aryanna, Harmony, Ezra, Gracie, Ashley, Candace, Courtney, Hartley, Tonya and Keyaria; her great great grandchild Hudson; her siblings, Claude Duckworth, Wayne Duckworth and Delores Duckworth-Peterman; and her friend Nancy Barker. She is also survived by extended family including numerous nieces and nephews.
