She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Russell Charles Riggs and Ida Mae Riggs (Pedit); her former husbands, Paul Morgret and Troy Huffman; her sons, Stephen Morgret and Robert "Bob" Morgret; her siblings, Tommy Riggs, Mary Jane Duckworth, Suzanne Fishel and Juanita Chaney; her daughters, Paula Elfritz, Cindy Rollins (Quentin) and Lisa Arthur (Bruce, Belair, MD); her daughter-in-law Carol Morgret; her sisters, Linda Nixon (Phil) and Charlotte Shaw (John); and her grandchildren, Robert, Jr., Joseph, Steve, Joshua, Jason, Justin, Wesley, Cassie and Dylan. She was also cherished by numerous great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
