He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Wilson Harvey and Anna Sue Harvey of Oakland, MD.; his brother Thomas Harvey; and his son Jack Wayne Harvey, II (Chip). He is survived by: his children, Scott Harvey (Laurie Ann) and Katie Labovitz (Bruce); his grandchildren, Isaac, Evita Harvey, Jenny, Jacob and Sarah Labovitz; his wife Terry Harvey; his stepdaughters, Lori Lepley (Matt), Stephanie Mathews (Shane) and Carrie Bernstein (Joe); his grandchildren, Matthew, Ethan, Jonathan, Thomas and Mina Hunt; and his stepdaughters, Brianna, Rowan, Parker Mathews, Ava and Bernstein.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Adams Family Funeral Home (404 Decatur St, Cumberland, MD 21502). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be sent to the giver's choice of charity.
