She is survived by: her children, Michael P. Blake, Jr. (Martha), Gary C. Blake (Susan) and Beth Davis (Jerry); her grandchildren, Katie Manzur (Gus), Lindsey Riggin (Ryan Heselbach), Kyle, Kelly and Kelsey Blake; and her great grandchildren, Adyson, Liam Riggin, Kaia, Rigel Manzur and Natalie Heselbach. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
