He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jane Harper; his daughters, Sherrie Ricker (Gary) and Cindy Lin (David Irvin); his siblings, Dorothy Crawford of Front Royal, VA, Nola Simpson, Ella Mae Harper-Mueller, Front Royal, Charles Harper and Carlton Harper; and his grandsons, Chad Ricker (Amy), Jason Ricker, Conner Lin and Spencer Lin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
