She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Ford and Catherine Ford; her husband Rev. Ralph E. Jacks; and her siblings, Samuel Ford, James Henry, Carl Floyd, Alex Ford, Mimmie Ford and Iona Childs.
She is survived by: her son Jonathan Jacks-Hamaker (CJ Malko). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
