He is survived by: his mother Sandra Kay Thomas; his sons, Brent Thomas, Chad Thomas and Seth Thomas; the mother of his children Dawn Thomas; his brother James Michael "Jimmy" Thomas (June Thomas); his nieces and nephews, Ryan Thomas, Corey Thomas (Ashely Thomas) and Estelle "Stella" Thomas; his cousins, Tory Miller and Lisa Keffer (Ted Keffer); his daughter Madison (Brad); his son-in-law Michael Miller (Shannon Miller); his grandson Michael Hornick; his uncle James "Mickey" Robinson (Rhonda); his friends, Chuck Baker, David Keller and Ron Mease; and also, Hayden Morton, Haylee Morton and Hanna Mease.
