He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Duckworth and Debra Duckworth; his grandparents, Charlie and Patty Gray; his son Thadious Duckworth; and his nieces, Tiffany Gutillo and Shytan Blacker.
He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Duckworth (Crawford); his children, Eric Thomas, Bryson Duckworth, Ethan Duckworth and Shawney Kirchner; his sisters, Sherry James, Terri Dabbs (Scott) and Billie Jo Frazier (Justin); his uncles, Chuck Gray, Bob Gray (Lonnie) and John Gray (Brenda); his nieces and nephews, Tara Crawford, Tori Gutillo, Avionna Bray, Sciona, Kariah Smith, Tony Gutillo, Joey James, Derrick Bray, Dalton Leasure and Ardell Smith; his mother-in-law Diane Redinger; his sister-in-law Delores Swanger (AJ Cumberland); and his stepfather Kenny Bridges Cumberland.
A reception will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Adams Family Funeral Home (404 Decatur St, Cumberland, MD 21502).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the funeral home to offset expenses.
