She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Riggleman and Elsie Riggleman (Barr); her husband Harry John Smith, Jr.; her sister Mary Frye; and her brothers-in-law, Richard Lueck and Robert "Bub" Frye.
She is survived by: her children, Alison Smith of Charles Town, WV, Cyndi Romeo (Mike), Westminster, MD, Roger Smith (Patti) and Glenwood, MD; her grandchildren, Catherine Shipley (Steven), Matthew Romeo (Angela), Michele Romeo, Emily Kablis (Patrick), Adam Smith (Sarah), Tyler Smith and Jake Smith; her great grandchildren, Kincade, Kinleigh Shipley, Amelia Romeo, Nolan, Declan, Eleanor Kablis and Cassidy Smith; and her siblings, Marie Lueck and Thomas Riggleman (Joyce). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
