He was predeceased by: his parents, William Santmyire and Sarah Santmyire (Washabaugh); and his granddaughter Abigail Santmyire. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte (Shaffer); his sons, Earnest "Tyke" Franklin Santmyire II (Stacey) and Sean Eric Santmyire (Christina Dawn); and his brother Crable Santmyire.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Scarpelli Funeral Home (108 Virginia Ave, Cumberland, MD 21502). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
