It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Devin Thomas Robinette (Cumberland, Maryland), who passed away on March 8, 2020, at the age of 23, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Tom Robinette, Jr. and Stacey Smith; his grandparents, Tom (Charlotte Robinette), Chuck Smith (Vickie Smith), Janet (Jim Stoops) and Glen (Debbie Lafferty); his siblings, Travis Robinette, Dillen Smith, Leyland Garcia and Selena Garcia; and his stepbrothers, Chris and Paul Pryor.
