She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Appel and Georgie Appel (McFarland); her significant other Carl Meagher; and her siblings, Fred Appel, Gary Appel, Harold Appel, Ina Rae Poling and Elaine Gay.
She is survived by: her son Carl Meagher, II; her siblings, John Appel (Judy), Leo Appel and Patricia Maddy; her grandchildren, Siah Hughes (Jeffery), Savis Wiggins (Sydney) and Meadow Meagher; and her sisters-in-law, Dona Appel, Jeanie Appel, Rita Grimm (Francis) and Judy Meagher. She is also survived by the numerous nieces and nephews.
