With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Ann McGowan of Cumberland, Maryland, born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 31, 2022 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Long and Anna Ruth Long (Keefer). She is survived by: her children, Joseph W. McGowan, Jr. (Carol) and Leanne Youngblood; her grandchildren, Shane Youngblood and Chris Kenney (Kati); her great grandchildren, Cooper and Cori; her sister Sandy Tice (Fred); and her nephews, Rod and Jeff.
