He was predeceased by: his parent Joseph Winters; and his siblings, Rosalie Chapman, Joseph Winters and Ralph Winters. He is survived by: his parent Norma Winters (Dawson); his daughter Jody Montana (Vincent) of Gaithersburg, MD; his grandchildren, Lauren Loeb (Greg) of Elkridge, MD and Carson Stewart of Jackson; his siblings, Frances Becker of Catawba, SC, Shirley Morgan, Cresaptown Wilhelm-Reyes, Dian Wilhelm-Reyes, Roger Winters of Station, VA and Ronnie Winters; and his children, Attn Drive, Office Drive of Development and Rocky Point Drive.
