He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin McGuire Lowry and Shelvy Lowry (Shiflett); his son Raymond Talbott; and his sister Patty Lindsay. He is survived by: his children, Mandy Rice (Shawn), Alvin Lowry, Jr. and Richard Lowry (Felicia); his grandchildren, Drayke, Ashton, Kishiah, Jayce, Abbey, Kash, Tina, Trenton, Riley, Gage, Shelby, Brian, Wyatt, Alex, Rosalee, Harley, Rae and Ryker; and his siblings, Elizabeth Ullman, Missy Thompson and Dwayne Presgraves. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and cousins.
Memorial donations may be made to the funeral home to offset costs.
