It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Weltha Josephine Eggerl of Crownsville, Maryland, who passed away on May 27, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband John J. Eggerl; her siblings, Anne Donaldson and William "Bud" Smith; and her parent Crownsville. She is survived by: her children, William J. Eggerl (Valerie), John David Eggerl (Jen), Robert M. Eggerl (Sandy) and T. Suzanne Goetzke (Paul); her grandchildren, Braden (Marianne), Madeline, Elizabeth, Kierstin (Patrick), Gabrielle, Harrison and Kathryn; her great grandchildren, Brooks, Mary Clare, Anneliese and Ashton; and her friends, Donna and Wylie "Buddy" Donaldson.

In lieu of flowers, Jo's family wishes donations to be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
