He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos D. Carr and Elva Mae Carr of Crownsville. He is survived by: his wife Charlene (Snowberger); his children, Christian and Tiffany Gray (Matthew); his grandchildren, Andrew, Ryan, Aidan, Bess, Emma and Colin; and his siblings, William, Gary, Dale and Nancy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Evangelical Presbyterian Church in Annapolis or the American Lung Association.
