She was predeceased by: her brother Charles Edward; her husband J. Robert Milburn, Sr.; and her brother Shirley. She is survived by: her children, Charles, David, James R., Jr. (Suzan), Angela Phillips, Michelle, Michael, Barbara Kursch and Margaret. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the ASPCA, a Veterans Charity or St. Jude.
