She was predeceased by: her parent Jack Self. She is survived by: her parent Betty Self; her husband Stephen H. Swain; her son Scott R. Swain (Kathy); her grandchildren, Ryan, Sarah and Tyler; and her siblings, John Self and Janice Turner. She is also survived by two nephews and six nieces.
