She was predeceased by: her parents, Roger Francis Donovan and Margaret Gertrude Donovan; and her husband Wilton Ronald Smith. She is survived by: her children, Kenneth R. Smith and Susan S. Smith; and her sister Patricia Lopes of Millersville.
In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions in Peggy's memory to the Anne Arundel Medical Center Foundation.
