She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Falatko and Susan Falatko. She is survived by: her husband Stephen Thomas Sotack; her sons, Stephen Andrew Sotack and Robert Andrew Sotack (Vicki); and her grandchildren, Nathan Andrew Sotack and Jaiden Noelle Sotack.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to a charity of the donor's choice in Lorraine's memory.
