He is survived by: his wife Betty; his daughters, Cindy, Debbie Sofley, Sharon Higginbotham and Robin Thompson; his grandchildren, Kristen Sofley, Allyson Smith, Mackenzie Thompson, Jack Higginbotham, Ryan Higginbotham and Michael Thompson; and his great grandchildren, Cameron Cawthorne, Aryana Sofley and Dominic Cawthorne.
