He is survived by: his wife Donna Rawls (Barnes); his son Dominic Javier Carlos Rawls; and his siblings, Reginald Truesdale of Baltimore, Vincent Rawls (Brenda) of New York, Namid Rawls of Maryland and Nashira Rawls of Maryland. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
