“I'm a relatively new member of AAUW. I enjoyed attending the C&Cs for the fellowship with so many amazing women -- including Alicia. For me, seeing her at these gatherings and at meetings was a bright spot.. I saw her as low key but strong and committed. She also demonstrated to us all that a person can persist through the most troublesome obstacles. Alicia did this by putting her health concerns on the back burner and reaching out to others. I will miss her.”
