He is survived by: his wife Carol Hardgrove Justice of Crisfield; his children, Susan Cutler (Chris) of Bondurant, IA, Teresa Justice Hall of Morrow, OH, Laura Evans (Buddy) of Smith Island, MD and William "Billy" Justice, III (Margie) of Westover, MD; his grandchildren, Katie, Grace Gilbaugh of South Carolina, Lizzy, Kaylee Cutler of Iowa, Joshua, Brandon, Matthew Hall of Ohio and Alishia Wells; his great grandchild Keon of Salisbury; his grandchildren, Monica Justice of Westover, Sabrina Justice of Germantown and Caleb Evans (Taylor) of Westover; and his close friends, Bill Charnick of Crisfield, Margaret Dize of Crisfield and Janie "Carol" Smith of Crisfield. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
