He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Marie Lewis and James Clarence Tull; his wife Jeanette Marie Tull; his siblings, Caleb Tull, James Tull, Joseph Jones, Brenda Mitchell, Wilsie Roberts, Louise Tull, Ann Marie Lewis, Grace Tull and Helen Holland; his siblings-in-law, Clyde Roberts and Sandra Hunter; and his granddaughter Tynesha Wigfall.
He is survived by: his children, Matilda White of Salisbury, MD, Shirre Tull (Clarence) of Salisbury, MD, Joann Tull (Gregory) of Salisbury, MD, William Tull, Jr. of Salisbury, Gregory Tull (Yolanda) of Princess Anne and Corey Tull, Sr. of Salisbury; his siblings, Everette Tull (LaTasha) of Delaware, Jeanette Smith of Berlin and Emma Wise (Charles); his siblings-in-law, Patricia Tull of Salisbury, Lucille Tull of New York, Margaret Jones of Baltimore, Essie Deal of Pocomoke, George Atkins of Salisbury and Otis Mitchell of New York; and his granddaughter Kendra Tull of Baltimore. He is also survived by six granddaughters, four grandsons, ten great granddaughters and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
