He was predeceased by: his parents, Eva Blades Cullen and William Harvey Cullen; his stepmother Mary Abbott Cullen; his wife Ida Ruth Howard Cullen; his son Harry Eugene Cullen; and his sister Barbara Ellen "Patty" Murata.
He is survived by: his children, Dale Cullen (Karen) of Beaufort, SC and Gale Jones of Crisfield; his siblings, James Henry "Jimmy" Cullen (Terry) of Salisbury, Harlene Clayton (Bill) of Alexandria, VA and Mary Ellen Ward of Alexandria, VA; his brother-in-law Mike Murata; his grandchildren, Beverly "Nicole" Cullen Dorsey (Dale) of Kingston, Michael Cullen (Holly) of Snow Hill, Michelle Shupp of Hagerstown, Nathaniel "Nate" Cullen (Julie Ann) of Newark, Shane Jones (Tasha) of Crisfield, Shelly Hanna and Tracey Evans; his great grandchildren, Cameron Cullen, Rebecca Jones, Will Dorsey, Kendall Jones, Sebastian Cullen, Jamie Cullen, Presley Cullen, Mitch Shupp, Jayse Shupp, Austin Hanna and Kayla Hanna; and his great great grandchild Kaiden Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
