She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Bartlett Flint and Virginia Emma Warder Naditch; her stepfather John D. Naditch; and her granddaughter Jennifer Lee. She is survived by: her husband Carroll William "Bill" Jachowski; her children, Sharon Carrow and James Gosnell; her stepdaughter Tammy Isaac; her brother Jack Naditch; and her grandchildren, Brandon Ebaugh, Miranda Demir, Amber Goldsmith, Cory Jackson and Gary Jackson. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Donations in her memory may be made to the American Cancer Society.
