He was predeceased by: his parents, Emily Jackson and Aaron Saunders of Warsaw, VA; his sister Audrey Waters; and his nephew Jeffery J. Waters, Jr.. He is survived by: his sister Jill Jackson-Hutton (Jeanne) of Ringgold, GA; his nieces, Audrey G. Waters-Handy (William) of Marion, MD and Jaime T. Waters-Somers of Princess Anne, MD; and his cousin Carroll Jackson Smith of Chestertown, MD. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
