She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Earl and Gloria Fay Evans Ford; and her son Robert Harte "Robbie" Sturgis. She is survived by: her husband Carroll Johnson Sturgis, II; her daughters, Jessica Koltuk and Kristina Arndt (Nick Miller); her grandchildren, Zeynep, Melike, Fatih, Christopher and Bodhi; and her cousins, Sonny Ford, Tonya Howell and Krissy Lawson.
