He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Bradshaw Marshall and Frederick Marshall; his mother-in-law Mary Lou Hill; and his siblings-in-law, John Hill, Robert Evans and Laurie Marshall.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy of Crisfield; his children, Storm Marshall of Crisfield and Jody Soukup (Kevin) of Crisfield; his niece Angela Insley (Amber) of Crisfield; his grandchildren, Devan Soukup of Crisfield, Noah Soukup of Crisfield, Skylar Marshall of Crisfield, Autumn Marshall of Crisfield, Paxton Insley of Crisfield and Kadence Insley of Crisfield; his siblings, Carolyn Evans, Russell Marshall and Dallas Marshall (Gayle); and his siblings-in-law, Betty Marsh (Kevin), Nancy Martin (Chuck), Diane Hill, Ozzie Hill (Mary Kaye) and Danny Hill. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
