We are sad to announce that on March 15, 2020, at the age of 73, Paul Joseph Bowers of Crisfield, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Joseph and Virginia Rose Bornaman Bowers. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Bowers; his brother Robert Bowers of West Virginia; his sister-in-law Katherine Bowers of Frederick; and his nephew John Andrew "Andy" Bowers of Frederick.
