It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Joseph Bowers (Crisfield, Maryland), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on March 15, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Joseph and Virginia Rose Bornaman Bowers. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Bowers; his brother Robert Bowers of West Virginia; his sister-in-law Katherine Bowers of Frederick; and his nephew John Andrew "Andy" Bowers of Frederick.
