It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patsy Joyce Mills of Crisfield, Maryland, born in Buffalo, New York, who passed away on September 15, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Horace and Evelyn Laird Blades; her husband C. Eugene Mills; her sister Deanna Feeser; and her nephew Benjamin Blades.
She is survived by: her children, Donna M. Sterling (Steve) of Crisfield and Leslie Mills (Dawn) of Venice, Florida; her grandchildren, Steve Sterling, Jr. (Kristie) of Bowie, MD, David Sterling (Kristin) of Arlington, VA, Derek Mills (Carolyn) of Wildomar, CA and Caila Mills (Joe Malloy) of Bondsville, MA; her great grandchildren, Landon, Allie, Andie, Amelia and Maeve; her brothers, Don Blades (Anne) of Marion, MD and Dan Blades (Maureen) of Bowie, MD; and her brother-in-law Jim Feeser of Glenview, PA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
