She was predeceased by: her parents, Elwood Colvin and Edna Swiecinski Colvin; her son Jeffrey Smith; her brothers, Lawrence and Peter Colvin; and her granddaughter Ella Long.
She is survived by: her pet Charlie; her husband Francis James "Jim" Smith of Crisfield; her daughters, Amanda Long (Timothy) of Hatfield, PA and Cassandra Neilson (Brian) of Crisfield; her sister Lorraine Kohlbrenner of Stuart, FL; her grandchildren, Dylan Long, Emma Long, Brian Neilson, Jr. (Erin), Zachary Neilson and Jake Neilson; and her great grandchild Olivia Neilson. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and in-laws.
